Order Processing time

All orders placed before 2PM Monday to Friday are process and dispatched the same day. All orders placed after will be dispatched the next. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our Atelier on Monday or the following business day.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

International orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local post office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Candle instructions

-Candles should be stored in a cool environment, room temperature or below, if possible. This is to prevent the from softening, bending, or melting. For obvious reasons, concrete candles are sensitive than moisture, but if you have a basement, that is a great place for them to live when not on display.

Soap instructions

-Once you have your soaps on the shelf, lightly place a sheet over them to keep dust and dirt out. In four weeks gather up your soaps,place them loosely into a cardboard box or plastic container and store them in a closet or cabinet. To preserve the fragrance integrity, I only put one scent per box.

Shower Steamer Instructions

Take into the shower with you, wet it under the stream of water to get it going.Place the steamer at the far end of the bath/shower stall. You want it to last, and if it's under the stream of water it will disappear too quickly.
